There are two ways to manage your account: online or by submitting a request.

Online

Easily manage your account online anytime by logging in with your email. Update billing/payment info, cancel/pause, upgrade/downgrade, and view invoices. 

Submit a request

Please submit your request and we will make the necessary changes for you within 48 hours.

This email should be the same as the registration and billing.
Please note a refund is only issued with 30 days' notice.
